Construction Update - August 2024
- When completed in August 2026, Phase I will provide 491 new student beds accommodation, cycle spaces, car parking, residents' lounge, homeworking / study spaces and recreational areas with extensive planting and landscaping.
- Pre-construction and enabling works are currently underway and we anticipate that the piling works will begin this summer.
- Regular updates will be made available on the site noticeboard and this website. Please register your details if you would like to be notified when the next update is available.
